get.limo is operated by GetLimo LLC ("get.limo", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Quotes and bookings
- Requesting a quote is free and doesn't commit you to book.
- Quotes are based on the details you give us. If the date, time, route, stops, group size or vehicle changes, the price may change too.
- Trips are run by a professional chauffeured transportation company. A booking is confirmed only when that company confirms it to you in writing.
- The transportation company's own terms, including its rates, deposits, cancellation policy and rider conduct rules, apply to your trip. They come with your quote.
Your information
Please give accurate details, and only use an email address and phone number that belong to you or that you're allowed to use. By requesting a quote, you agree that we and the transportation company handling your trip may contact you about it by email, phone and text message, as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
Using the site
Don't misuse get.limo. That includes sending false or automated requests, trying to break into or overload the site, and copying its content for commercial use.
Our content
The get.limo name, design and content belong to us. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.
No warranty
We work to keep get.limo accurate and available, but the site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
