Privacy Policy

get.limo is operated by GetLimo LLC ("get.limo", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use get.limo, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (if you add one), pickup and drop-off addresses, stops, date, number of passengers, the vehicle you're interested in and any notes. We also keep the messages you send us.
Information collected automatically. We record the page you arrived on, the site that referred you, and campaign details such as advertising tags and ad click identifiers. These are stored in cookies on get.limo so we can tell which ads and pages lead to quote requests. Our servers also log your IP address and browser details.
Services built into the quote form. The quote form is provided by our booking system. It uses Google Maps to suggest addresses and Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. Google collects information under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your quote, and to book and run your trip.
- To contact you about your request and your trip by email, phone or text message, including following up on a quote you haven't answered yet.
- To understand which pages and ads bring people to us, and to improve the site.
- To prevent spam and fraud, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- The transportation company handling your trip, which needs your details to quote, book and operate it.
- Service providers who run parts of our service for us, such as hosting, email and text-message delivery, maps and spam protection. They may use your information only to provide those services.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our riders, our partners or us.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.
We do not sell your personal information. We never share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember how you found us between visits, and the quote form uses Google's cookies for reCAPTCHA. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, but we may not be able to tell which ad or page brought you here.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our service, keep business records, settle disputes and meet legal requirements.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. See our SMS Terms.
- Use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or email us, to stop receiving emails that aren't about a trip you've booked.
- Email us to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected or deleted. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
get.limo is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
